Rough Draft of Film Poster Update (Images included)

To break up the solid white background and make it look less bore and plain I added clouds. I couldn’t decide whether to change the background to an actual image or include illustrations. In the end I went with image and stuck with my clouds theme. I googled clouds online and went to Serif Photo Plus X7 to manipulate my image a bit, to do this I blurred the clouds somewhat and got rid of the blue background. I then imported the finished image into my poster and continued to stick to my original layout but added the clouds to behind the text. I chose clouds because it symbolizes my theme of thoughts and relates to my tagline. 'Just when you thought you were on cloud 9.' or 'Lost with our head in the clouds' White also connotes purity and I wanted to reflect the drama genre theme I had, which normally include pastel and white colors. This background reflected my head in the clouds scene, at the beginning and end in my trailer, it has become symbolic. I am still in room for improvement for my poster, and I aim to re size text, include text, cover the space in the top third and also add a photograph. All my text are in the second and third positions of the poster.
