Risk Assesment

What is a risk assessment?

When filming, I need to think about what harm or ill health I can cause people. whether it is location, weather or sound. It is required by law for me to carry out. I must take serious control measures and do anything in my power to at least reduce hazards and any form of danger.
 - Identify hazards.
 - Evaluate and analyse the risk associated with the hazard
 - Determine how to eliminate the hazard or control appropriately..

Why will I create a risk assessment?

I will create a risk assessment so that I can prevent myself
and crew from any type of injury of illness. I can identify
if an of my actors or myself will be at risk with any of the
factors concerning the filming of my trailer. By preventing
any risks early on, I will most likely be more confident to
film scenes for my trailer smoothly and within time frame.

The aim of my risk assessment.

To create a risk- free and controlled area to film. To
be completely aware of any hazards and risk that could be
involved and reduce them or remove them for a safer environment.
